You will be part of the ID Keys team, a team of six employees responsible for identity carriers for both electronic identification and physical passage. We work closely with the municipality's operations and place great emphasis on security, accuracy and service. About the role As a Systems Administrator with us, you will work in an open support function and meet both employees and citizens. Your main tasks are to: Manage the ordering, issuing, support and de-registration of SITHS e-IDs. Manage and quality assure data in the HSA directory. Manage identity carriers for physical passage, including photographing, ordering and issuing. Work on authorization assignment and provide support and training to passage operators in the municipal passage system. Help ensure that the right people have the right authorizations - always with a focus on safety, structure and security. The work takes place on site in the City Hall. Who are you?
