The Upper Secondary School and Adult Education Board is responsible for the municipality's obligations under school legislation for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, special education for adults and Swedish education for immigrants. Employment information The position is a special fixed-term employment (SÄV), full-time, with planned start as soon as possible by agreement until 2026-06-19. The employment is limited in time, but the possibility of continued employment may exist depending on the future needs of the business. Your work tasks You belong to a team together with other teachers who are responsible for the education of our students. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for driving and developing the educational work based on the curriculum and the goals of the business. About you You are a clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment, structure and context for all students. You are well versed in the school's governing documents. You are able to differentiate and vary teaching based on the needs of the students. You share your knowledge and experience to contribute to collegial learning. An important part of the teaching role is to build good relationships with students, colleagues and parents. As teaching is largely based on various projects, collaborative and solution-oriented skills are required. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
