We are now looking for a confident upper secondary school teacher with a resource assignment for Midgårdskolan's national program! Your work tasks The assignment involves being an educational support both at group and individual level in the teaching of our national, university preparatory programs. The assignment includes supporting and guiding students in and outside the classroom and, if necessary, assisting regular teachers in teaching. About you We are looking for you who are solution-focused, responsive, committed and proactive with the student in focus, always. You have a holistic approach to learning and are interested in working closely with teaching staff and the EHT team. It is an advantage if you are used to digital tools in everyday life. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. The right candidate needs to be knowledgeable, flexible and experienced with pedagogical insight into how different students learn in different ways.
