The Upper Secondary School and Adult Education Board is responsible for the municipality's obligations under school legislation for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, municipal adult education, special education for adults and Swedish language teaching for immigrants. We are now looking for a committed vocational teacher for education in the Electrical and Energy program! Your tasks Your mission will be to educate our students in the Electrical and Energy program. Depending on your skills, teaching can take place in one of the specializations electrical engineering or automation. The work includes planning teaching, collaborating with colleagues on student learning and otherwise common tasks as a teacher such as follow-up work, grading, procurement of apl places and apl visits. We work collegially with great commitment to our students and their goal achievement. About you We are looking for you who are a trained upper secondary school teacher with authorization to teach electrical and energy subjects, or you are a trained electrician. It is desirable if you also have training in automation. You have experience of working as an electrician and we would like to see that you also have experience of automation, control technology, teaching and working with young people. As a person, you are flexible and a team player, as you will be part of a team that shares tasks and together creates a stimulating work environment with collegial learning. You see it as a matter of course to contribute to the other daily work and to actively work to support and motivate the young people in their development, both socially and knowledge-wise. We want you to have a good knowledge of the sector, as well as the ability to cooperate, communicate and plan your activities carefully. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
