We are now looking for a proud vocational teacher for education in the industrial technology program at Dragonskolan. Your tasks Your mission will be to educate at upper secondary level, for work in the industrial and technical field. You thus have a unique opportunity to shape and influence future employees in Swedish industry for a developing and sustainable future. The assignment includes: Being involved in the work with our education at upper secondary level and possibly our contract education Planning, implementation and follow-up of teaching based on the curriculum, current syllabi and close cooperation with your colleagues in the education and with companies on APL Mentoring and parental contacts About you We are looking for you who like to work with teaching and have competence in welding technology (e.g. TIG, MAG, MMA) and vocational theory. We would like to see that you have a vocational teacher's degree with qualifications in the Industrial Technical subjects at upper secondary level or you have equivalent competence from industry. It is also advantageous if you have: Experience of teaching in the industrial program or other teaching Good IT skills Knowledge and experience in APL; procurement, coordination and planning You are part of a team where you share tasks and together create a stimulating work environment with collegial learning. You see it as a matter of course to contribute to the other daily work and to actively work to support and motivate the young people and any adult students in their development, both socially and knowledge-wise. We want you to have a good knowledge of the sector and a good ability to cooperate and plan your activities. A B license is a requirement for this position and heavy lifting is involved.
