Lundagård care home was opened in the fall of 2019 and is located at Sofiehem, about 4 km from the center of Umeå, near Norrland University Hospital and Ålidhem Church. We are a collaborative house, which means that other municipal activities are also located in the house: preschool and kitchen. The approximately 100 children who attend the preschool here have their outdoor environment in connection with our accommodation and we find activities together. The kitchen prepares a large number of food portions that are distributed to homes and preschools around Umeå municipality. We are now looking forward to expanding our team with more assistant nurses! Your work tasks With a professional approach and good treatment, you assist our residents in their everyday lives. The resident's co-determination is in focus and you help to ensure that efforts are carried out, with good quality, according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. You will assist with, among other things, nursing, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals and other services. The tasks also include documentation of measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation by the responsible nurse. About you We are looking for you who are a trained assistant nurse with experience of working in elderly care. In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation and receive probe / medicine delegation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Your encounter with the residents requires good skills based on personal suitability, maturity and empathic ability. You show great commitment to both users and the organization in all relationships and actions. You enjoy working independently and are patient and proactive. You have the ability to cooperate with colleagues, relatives and other professions. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
