The HR unit is organized in teams consisting of different competencies where we work strategically and operationally to provide support to managers. We provide advice and support in: Employer policy issues, labor law and negotiations, staffing development, skills supply and training coordination. Salary formation and salary review, systematic work environment management and rehabilitation, redeployment and personnel planning, and internship placement. The HR unit's mission includes initiating development and improvement work and carrying out training initiatives in order for the business to achieve a long-term sustainable work environment.
The Elderly Care Recruitment Center (ÄORC) is tasked with supporting managers in elderly care throughout the recruitment and employment process. We are responsible for recruiting and equipping new employees with the training and qualifications they need. Our unit also handles staffing issues in the event of short-term absences and we also have employees working with scheduling to ensure that we work with healthy schedules, among other things.

Your tasks
In the role of HR administrator, you work closely with managers in elderly care and act as an important administrative support. You will work with short-term staffing, employment administration and administration related to language requirements and training. The role involves many interfaces with the operations and work in several parallel systems.
