Now Vattenfall Vattenkraft is looking for an administrative manager of IT/OT systems close to the facility!

You will be part of the Power Station Technology department, our focus is long-term, sustainable development and management of Vattenfall's hydropower stations. Today, we are 14 employees with specialist knowledge in hydropower and power station technology. We offer you a responsible job with good opportunities for personal and professional development.

Here are examples of tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Develop joint working methods for the hydropower's on-site IT/OT system
  • Build a structured system management around our plant-based IT/OT systems
  • Create routines and working methods for the administration, for example for case management, upgrade procedures and the like
  • Coordinate the IT/OT management team
  • Develop, anchor and follow up management plans
  • Securing financial means to carry out management activities
  • Lead and coordinate management activities in consultation with colleagues from, for example, the IT & Infrastructure team and our production organization
  • Work with continuous improvement and environmental monitoring.

As an administrative manager for facility-related IT/OT systems, you have an important role in ensuring that our facilities' control and management systems are both secure and accessible. In your daily job, you prioritize the assignments to be carried out. If there are slightly larger activities that need a coordinating/leading function, you also have that.

In addition to the competence that we have internally, you are also responsible for securing any consulting resources that may be needed. You collaborate with all stakeholders and make sure that the assignments in the administration roll on. You are expected to be the one who ensures that we have order and structure on documentation, software versions, incoming cases and the like.

You will mainly work in the office in Luleå, travel to other offices and our hydropower facilities will occur.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has worked for several years with system administration and administrative management in larger IT environments, experience with the PM3 management model is an advantage.

You have a post-secondary degree in IT and/or automation, alternatively you have equivalent experience/knowledge acquired in other ways.

Your way of working is characterized by initiative, responsibility, cooperation, order and order. You express yourself clearly in speech and writing (both in Swedish and English). B driving license is a requirement because traveling is part of the job.
