Now we are looking for an Administrative supplier assessor with a drive to streamline and a propensity for creating and maintaining structure and order for the Purchasing Unit at Forsmark.

About the job

The Purchasing Unit strives for simple internal work routines that both add value to the business and maintain a high level of business acumen in our supplier relationships. When we together with our suppliers and partners find a good balance in business, risk distribution and relationship, we achieve the best possible results in the business relationship.

As an administrative supplier assessor, you will have a central role in supporting and coordinating the work of the supplier assessment group at Forsmark and Ringhals. You work with creating and maintaining structure in administrative processes, while contributing to streamlining and development. The role involves many interfaces - both in meetings and in daily cooperation with colleagues in the purchasing unit and with various functions within the Vattenfall Group.


Main tasks:

  • Update and quality assure the common supplier database
  • Convene, prepare, and minute decision meetings for supplier approvals
  • Update the purchasing unit's internal scorecard and contribute to the business plan
  • Ensure that governing documents are kept up to date in collaboration with the corresponding role at Ringhals
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and business development
  • Work both administratively and through meetings - physically and digitally

Requirement specification

We would like you to have

  • Experience from areas such as purchasing, supplier relations and business development
  • Experience in management systems - understanding of how management systems govern a business and the importance of keeping governing documents up to date
  • Good computer skills with experience of working in the Office package and preferably in SAP
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • B driving license
