We are looking for a new employee for DO-SO

We are now looking for an employee for the Statistics and Fault Clearance department, the department has an overall supporting function for the operational operation of the electricity network. You will be part of a team with a wide range of specialized skills where everyone works hard to make each other better. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence your own work, work independently and help shape the future of Vattenfall Electricity Distribution.

About the position

You will be responsible for administrative tasks in our operations center with a variety of responsibilities. The role includes being responsible for maintaining and developing the various systems used by shift staff and other employees in our operations.

A project is currently underway that will result in new tools being developed and where you will contribute with input to design a stable system to replace the existing ones. In the long term, the position may also include other administrative tasks for other departments within Vattenfall Electricity Distribution.

The work is performed independently but also in groups.

We are keen to take advantage of valuable skills that relate to Network Operation & Maintenance's area of responsibility, which makes this position flexible to some extent. The role will be developed based on the skills you possess and can contribute, through good cooperation within the unit and the department.

Travel is included in the service and a driving license is required.

You will work with:

• Developing the administrative work within the operations department
• Maintaining and developing our new SharePoint site
• Involving in the development work for the new support system which is in the project phase
• Assisting our operations center coordinator in various meetings
• Responsible for updating various customer registers
• Involving as an Operations Informant in our Major Incident and Accident Organization
• Assist in sharing incident information to various stakeholders

Requirements

We are looking for you who

• Have relevant secondary or post-secondary education.
• Have several years of administrative work experience
• Have a passion for driving the development of the role and developing existing routines and tasks.
• Skilled in formulating and conveying messages in writing.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement for the position, good knowledge of English is desirable.
• Administrative and able to handle complex issues in an administrative environment.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously.
• Problem solver.
• Structured.

We would like you to have experience with:

• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint

In addition to your technical skills, we attach great importance to your personal qualities.
