About us

The Instrument Maintenance unit conducts preventive, corrective maintenance and component replacements. The activities consist mainly of maintenance of component and system functions in the plants' protection, process and service systems. We are also an important part of the project and change activities at the plants.



About the job


We are now recruiting for our technical services within Iinstrument maintenance at Ringhals.

Examples of tasks:

  • Calibration, troubleshooting and repair of entire signal chains - from sensors to control systems in activity monitoring, radiation protection instrumentation and turbine systems
  • Planning, follow-up and documentation of your work

Work with activity monitoring, radiation protection instrumentation and turbine systems takes place in the plant. You perform testing, preventive and corrective maintenance both on field equipment in pressure, temperature, electrical quantities, moisture and activity and in our control systems that include hardware such as PLC, I/O modules, switches, servers and software Windows server, Vmware, ESXI environments.

You work closely with maintenance engineers and become part of a team where competence sharing and commitment are in focus. The majority of the work is in your technical area on support or turbine systems, but you may also support other areas as needed.



Requirements


We are looking for someone who:

  • Have recently graduated or have some work experience in electricity, control, regulation, technology or computer technology
  • Have an upper secondary or post-secondary education with a focus on electricity, control, regulation, technology or data
  • Have basic technical knowledge and a strong desire to develop and grow in your role
  • Have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in speech and writing.

You enjoy taking responsibility for your work tasks and have the ability to plan and structure your day yourself. Collaboration and contact with colleagues, both inside and outside your own group, is one of the cornerstones of this role, so we consider it a prerequisite that you are a team player.
