About the role

We are now looking for a Assembly Manager in mechanics who wants to take responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing assembly work in exciting projects.
About us
The Assembly group is responsible for carrying out installation assignments in mechanics and construction within the plant change process. We perform installations with a high level of safety and the right quality according to schedule. In the case of plant modifications, the Assembly Manager in mechanics and construction is responsible for the assembly and participates in project groups (with representatives from many parts of Ringhals organization) as an expert in assembly issues. As an assembly manager, you will have great help from experienced and helpful colleagues in the group.

About you
We are looking for you who are an upper secondary or higher education engineer with a specialization in mechanics, or have gained equivalent knowledge through practical experience. You have work experience of mechanical assembly, for example as a supervisor in a coordinating role. To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have experience of planning and coordinating work in a project environment, preferably in complex process industry. Very good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing is required for the position.
To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you feel confident in a leading position where you take responsibility and drive the work forward. You are solution-oriented and used to taking ownership of your tasks. You have a good ability to plan and organize your work, while at the same time being able to see the big picture.
We are looking for you who are social and communicative, with the ability to deal with different individuals and create good collaborations. You enjoy working with people and have a natural way of creating structure and progress in your work.
