About the role

Unit description

The Finance unit is part of the Business Support department together with purchasing, administration and IT. The finance unit performs company-wide and departmental controlling and is cohesive for Forsmark's financial processes, business plan, business reporting, business risks and insurance issues.

Job description

As a business controller, you will have a key role where you work with specific departments at Forsmark's Kraft Group. You will work closely with department, unit and group managers and act in the departments' management teams and plan the business from a financial perspective.

Your everyday life consists largely of:

• Driving, analyzing and evaluating budget, forecast, and ongoing follow-up work
• Ensure a well-functioning operational management and follow-up of the department's finances
• Be support to the management team and other stakeholders within the position
• Work with continuous improvements and drive the introduction of new working methods that contribute to developing the business

Requirements

You are thorough and work in a structured way with a focus on quality. As a person, you are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships and at the same time are clear in communicating with managers and management teams about what is expected in different contexts.

We would like you to have

• A minimum of upper secondary education with a financial focus or accounting, or equivalent education. It is meritorious with an academic degree with a focus on economics, or equivalent education.
• Relevant work experience in finance or controlling. Experience from industrial operations may be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
• Good computer skills and used to working in the Office package and SAP

The position requires that you have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing and good knowledge of English.
