About the role

Then this role as Business Developer focusing on installation partners is perfect for you!

You will work within department DES, Decentral Energy Solutions which develops and sells decentral energy solutions to customers. Today, this means solar installations, batteries and optimization services. Our department is responsible for the entire process, from development and sales to installation and aftermarket. We work closely with Vattenfall's electricity sales organization.

The energy market is undergoing major changes and this is reflected in our organization through a rapid pace of development and forward thinking.

Responsibilities and tasks for the role:

• Work strategically with our installation business, such as ensuring a portfolio of installer partners in line with our overall strategy
• Set strategy and annual plans for monitoring health & safety, safety and quality linked to our installer partners
• Develop the business for both Vattenfall and installers through profitability, efficiency and introduction of new products and solutions
• Drive and participate in projects and initiatives of various kinds also outside the area of installation partners

Requirements specification

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Civil Engineering degree or M.Sc in a technical field
• Experience in the energy industry
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working against targets and budgets
• Experience negotiating with third-party suppliers

As a person, you are structured and analytical with a good ability to approach problems in a systematic way. You also have the ability to take on tasks independently. It is important that you are business-oriented with a good ability to establish contacts and communicate with external partners, both in writing and orally. Furthermore, we believe that you are a positive and opportunity-oriented person who is driven by development and wants to be part of an organization on growth and change!
