Unit description
The Finance unit is part of the Business Support department together with purchasing, administration and IT. The Finance unit performs company-wide and departmental controlling and is cohesive for Forsmark's financial processes, business plan, business reporting, business risks and insurance issues.
Job description
For this role, you have an important cohesive function where you both support and drive development with a close connection to Forsmark's operational activities. You work closely with the CFO and have a wide network of contacts - both internally and externally - with auditors, authorities and other partners.
Your daily work consists largely of:
- Drive development and act as support in the development of financial processes and our internal control
- Prepare documentation and support on specific issues in monthly and annual accounts
- Have a coordinating role in contacts with authorities and auditors, including responsibility for producing accurate documentation
- Coordinate and ensure that the team's governing documents and management systems are up to date and well established
- Act as a sounding board to the CFO on various strategic and operational issues

We see that you have:
- An academic degree with a focus on economics, or equivalent education
- Relevant work experience, preferably from industrial engineering, which has given you a good understanding of the nature of the work.[SL1]
- Good computer skills and used to working in the Office package and business systems (Forsmark uses SAP)
- Express yourself well in Swedish both in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English.
