Have you worked as a Service Technician in electrical telecommunications or communication and want to develop your technical knowledge? Now we are looking for a Communication Engineer for the Technology Department South North!


The technical departments currently employ about 170 engineers with specialist expertise in communications, control equipment, optical fiber and more. With us, safety is always in focus as we work in potentially hazardous environments and at high altitudes through mast and pole climbing. We offer you a free and responsible job. Examples of tasks as a Communication Engineer:

  • Preventive maintenance of communication equipment
  • Fault repair of communication equipment
  • Replacement and new construction of communication solutions
  • Ensuring the implementation of new ongoing communication projects from start to finish
  • Be involved in the design, purchase of materials, implementation, installation and commissioning
  • Manage supplier and contractor contacts

Travel is a natural part of the work. Overnight travel may occur. Approximately 75% of the work is performed in the field, at customer sites. Height work via mast and pole climbing occurs.


Requirements specification

We know that you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

  • An education in telecommunications, electricity or electrical power, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience of work in telecommunications or electrical power, or specialist competence
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
  • B driving license is a requirement

We see it as a merit if you have:

  • Experience with technologies such as SDH/PDH, optical fiber, radio, IEC61850 and IP networks
  • Experience in remote control and control equipment
  • Industry experience
