About the role
Do you want to be the spider in the web in a dynamic organization where you get the opportunity to make a real difference? We are now looking for a committed and self-driven Coordinator.
About the role
As a Coordinator, you are a key person for the unit's management team. You ensure the smooth running of planning, coordination and support - both within the unit and in some cases at the overall organizational level. You support the on-boarding of new staff and consultants and act as an administrative hub for the unit managers.

You thrive in a coordinating role where you get to collaborate with many different people and contribute to making things happen. You are able to see the big picture, are sensitive to the needs of others and have good judgment. You are self-motivated, take initiative and have an eye for detail - while not losing sight of the bigger picture. You express yourself fluently in Swedish in both speech and writing, which is important as the role involves producing decision-making documents and keeping minutes.
