Vattenfall Customer Service Nordic is responsible for sales, billing and customer service to Vattenfall customers in the Nordic region. We are headquartered in Umeå, but are also located in Solna and Helsinki and together we are about 300 employees who support Vattenfall's various businesses via the customer interface. About the role
Right now we are looking for people who want to work in the role of Customer Communicator at Vattenfall's customer service in Umeå!
In the role of Customer Communicator you will create significant and memorable customer experiences. You will act as an ambassador for Vattenfall by creating first-class customer experiences to Vattenfall's customers, mainly via phone and email. Your duties also include conducting needs analysis and upselling of Vattenfall's products that all contribute to a fossil-free future.
Vattenfall training: In the role you will have the opportunity to learn about Vattenfall's business and how the energy industry works. At Vattenfall, you will receive a solid education, which means that you do not need to be an expert in energy to apply for the job. The training alternates between theory and practice in order for you to feel confident in handling the customer cases you will work with after completing the training.
Working hours: You will work in a team where both you and the team work towards clearly set goals. Working hours are office hours between 08:00-17:15, Monday to Friday. The work is primarily and for the most part carried out from the office, but there is the possibility of working partly from home. During the initial training, the work is performed 100% from the office.
Requirements specification
This is a role for you with a natural aptitude for service and communication. You need to be confident in meeting our customers, both over the phone and email.

We take for granted that you are a communicative, open and social person who listens actively and is keen to give customers the best possible experience.
It is not a requirement but an advantage if you have experience of service professions and if you are fluent in an additional language, in addition to Swedish and English.
The salary range for the role is 23,000-26,000/month depending on previous experience and other qualifications.
