Do you want to contribute to a fossil-free society and make the green transition possible? We are now looking for a Demand Coordinator with a focus on digital innovation management for Forsmark

The IS/IT unit of Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB is responsible for the administrative IS/IT environment according to the needs of the business and according to the requirements of the Vattenfall Group and the authorities. We coordinate the needs of the business and identify opportunities for digitization while working on harmonization and consolidation within our existing IT landscape. In this work, we collaborate with the IS/IT units at Ringhals and Svensk Kärnbränslehantering and with the internal IT supplier Vattenfall IT.

We now need to strengthen our team with a person who has a great interest in how digitization and IT can support the business and who wants to work with driving and leading digitization in nuclear power.

About the job

As Demand Coordinator and Digital Innovation Leader you will be a key person in the work of ongoing and upcoming digitization and improvement initiatives. You will work with operational, tactical and strategic digitization initiatives linked to the strategies and goals of the business.

The work involves very close and cross-functional collaboration with colleagues from all parts of our business, from the Vattenfall Group and with our main supplier Vattenfall IT.

Examples of tasks:

  • Support and coordinate the business in the work of describing needs and requirements regarding IT support and digitization. This means inspiring the business to simplify and automate its processes with the help of digitization, as well as achieving cost-effective IT services.
  • Lead the work of developing management areas in accordance with relevant strategies
  • Coordinate and coordinate business needs in collaboration with Vattenfall IT
  • Responsible for assignments and projects, act as a sponsor and participate in steering groups
  • Responsible for SLAs throughout the life cycle, as well as follow-up and reporting of status
  • Work with budget and cost follow-up
  • Contribute to the development of our methods, working methods and tools


Requirements

We are looking for a person who is stimulated by close cooperation with other people with many contact surfaces, while at the same time you enjoy working independently and in an environment where we have clear requirements to meet as a licensee of nuclear power activities.

  • You have an academic degree in IT or systems science with an operational focus or equivalent education or work experience that is considered equivalent
  • You have worked with requirements management, system management and management management with a focus on taking advantage of the opportunities of digitization
  • You have experience from working according to frameworks such as ITIL, PM3 and project models
  • You are used to planning, coordinate and lead meetings and workshops held both on site and via digital channels
  • You have experience in budget work and financial follow-up
  • You have very good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

You are solution-oriented, flexible and find it easy to structure and prioritize your work and change pace when the situation requires it. As a person, you are communicative and educational and feel comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.

Location:

Forsmark with some possibility to work remotely by agreement.We also have remote offices with bookable workplaces in both Gävle and Uppsala. These offices meet our security requirements.
