About the role
The department includes operational HSSEQ specialists, project managers and interim managers. We work within Vattenfall Services and towards our customers in consulting assignments. Our long-term goal is to be able to support the organization and meet its needs in all our customer assignments. We are now facing a change in competence and want to become more.
The team has a broad competence with everything from junior competencies to senior specialists. We sit in a dispersed organization at establishments throughout Sweden.
Our resources in the field of electrical safety are responsible, among other things, for methods within AMS, that is, to ensure that we comply with applicable laws and regulations and contribute to the development of the working method. In the role, you will be involved in the development in Sweden, among other things through collaboration with the energy companies.
An important part of the service is to train and drive strategic issues in the field of electrical safety. Training takes place both internally within the company and the group but also with the Energy Companies. Reporting is to the immediate manager, but also to the manager or project manager you are currently supporting. We have an important interface with our staff/support function for HSSEQ, which is responsible for strategic tasks in the area.

Requirement specification
We would like you to have a longer background in the field of electrical safety and the energy industry and have a solid knowledge of regulations and standards and practical working methods. Experience in leading work in the field is an advantage. You have the ability to prioritize and assess different scenarios that may arise in the field of electrical safety and be able to advise the organization.
We are looking for you who have
As a person, you are independent, cooperative and can communicate effectively to promote commitment. Furthermore, you are a specialist in your field and have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the work, where you can also act as a knowledge resource for other colleagues.

Location
At one of our establishments in; Norrköping, Åtvidaberg, Motala, Hallsberg, Jönköping, Borås, or Gothenburg. Some remote work from our offices in Sweden occurs.
