Vattenfall Vattenkraft is responsible for Vattenfall's 90 hydropower plants and about 300 dams in the Nordic region. We are about 500 employees in Sweden and Finland with headquarters in Luleå. Do you want to contribute to a fossil-free society and make the green transition possible? We are now looking for an IT architect, focusing on enterprise architecture and digital innovation management!

As Vattenfall Vattenkraft's enterprise architect and digitalization leader, you will be a key person in the work with digital innovation in ongoing and upcoming digitalization and improvement initiatives. You will work with operational, tactical and strategic digitalization initiatives linked to business goals and strategies.

The work involves very close and cross-functional collaboration with colleagues from all parts of our business, the Vattenfall Group and also with our IT suppliers. Collaborations where you as a digitalization leader will be driving and coordinating.

Examples of your responsibilities and tasks:

• Drive, develop and update Vattenfall Vattenkraft's overall digital development plan
• Lead our Digitization Forum
• Support the business in describing needs and requirements in projects
• Develop and maintain architecture descriptions of our business, our information and our system landscape, both based on the current situation and the target image
• Conduct investigations, analyses and IT architecture reviews
• Set goals and quality requirements linked to the architecture area
• Contribute to the development of methods, tools and relevant work processes.

Requirements

You have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, or other experience and education that we consider equivalent
• Several years of experience working with IT architecture at a comprehensive level
• Experience of practical work with frameworks and "good practices" in the architecture area, preferably Bizbok or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of value flows, overall processes, working methods and solutions linked to making available and using data for business development and digitization
• Knowledge of information and process modeling and the development of architecture descriptions from the perspectives of Business - Information - System
• Experience in workshop management and compiling target group-adapted results.

Experience of:

• Working as a project manager
• Large business systems such as SAP
• Working in an organization with high security requirements
• Relevant certifications in the field of architecture.

Your way of working is characterized by commitment, curiosity, initiative and prioritization and a desire to understand causes and relationships. You have excellent communication, coordination and collaboration skills. You speak and write both Swedish and English. Travel in the service occurs, B-driving license is a requirement.
