Vattenfall Vattenkraft is responsible for Vattenfall's 90 hydropower plants and about 300 dams in the Nordic region. We are about 500 employees in Sweden and Finland with headquarters in Luleå. Hydropower's renewable electricity production is a prerequisite for creating a climate-smart and fossil-free society where we play an important role as an enabler for the sustainable energy system of the future. As Vattenfall Vattenkraft's enterprise architect, you will be a key person in the work with ongoing digitization and improvement initiatives. You will work with tactical and strategic IT issues linked to business goals and strategies. The work involves very close collaboration with colleagues in all parts of our business and also with our IT suppliers.

As an IT architect, specializing in enterprise architecture, you will, among other things:

• Develop and maintain architecture descriptions of our business, our information and our system landscape, both based on the current situation and the target picture
• Develop and update our overall digital development plan
• Lead Vattenfall Vattenkraft's Digitization Forum
• Contribute to describing needs and requirements in projects
• Conduct investigations, analyses and IT architecture reviews
• Contribute to the development of methods, tools and relevant work processes
• Set goals and quality requirements linked to the architecture area.

Requirements

You have a post-secondary education in IT, or other experience and training that we consider equivalent.

You also have:

• Several years of experience working with IT architecture at an overall level
• Knowledge of information and process modeling and the development of architecture descriptions from the perspectives of Business, Information and Systems
• Experience in workshop management and compiling target group-adapted results.

Advantageous is:

• Knowledge and experience of overall processes / working methods and solutions linked to making available and using data for business development and digitization
• Experience with large business systems such as SAP
• Relevant certifications in the field of architecture, such as TOGAF, IASA, DF competence
• Experience working in an organization with high security requirements.

We would like to see that you have worked with business-related IT in a larger organization. You are motivated by analyzing and improving systems and processes. You are self-driven, get things done and are driven by creating results and clear benefits for the business.

Your approach is characterized by curiosity, initiative and prioritization skills and a desire to understand causes and relationships. You have very good communication and collaboration skills with others. You speak and write very good Swedish and English. Travel in the service occurs, B-driving license is a requirement.

Location

Luleå primarily, but other locations where Vattenfall Vattenkraft is established can also work.
