We are now looking for a Contractor Salesperson for sustainable energy solutions in Gothenburg!

Enwell Gothenburg is a turnkey contractor that creates sustainable energy solutions for larger properties. We carry out all measures that affect the indoor climate, including drainage, building envelopes, air treatment, heating systems, photovoltaic systems and charging stations for electric vehicles. We are involved in the entire process, from feasibility study and design to installation, monitoring and service. We have extensive experience of running energy-smart projects.

About the role: As a Construction Sales Representative at Enwell Gothenburg, you will be responsible for the entire sales process from initial customer contact to contract and final inspection. You will work closely with our large real estate customers to understand their needs and offer tailored energy solutions that contribute to a more environmentally smart future. As a Contractor Sales Representative at Enwell, you will work on tenders and bids in parallel with running projects and building good relationships. You will have access to a highly skilled network across Enwell

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing business opportunities through sales outreach and building long-term relationships with large real estate clients.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from first customer contact to contract
  • Project manage the production process and ensure a smooth final inspection with the customer
  • Responsible for procurement and tender submission

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have:

  • Experience in technical sales and working with the entire sales process
  • Experience in plumbing/HVAC/building automation or similar technical installations
  • Experience from the construction side as a project manager
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
  • B-driving license
  • High school education
  • Good knowledge of working with computers and the Office package
  • Documented good experience of working independently towards own, and common goals

Meriterande:

  • Knowledge of construction law
  • Experience of project management in construction
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • We see it as meritorious if you already have a large network of contacts in the Gothenburg area, especially with a focus on small to medium-sized contracts

  • Specialist knowledge: Deep knowledge in your field is necessary to be able to provide expert advice and guidance. In addition, you should be able to share your knowledge with colleagues to increase the accuracy and quality of projects and documents.
