About the role

Do you want to be an important part of the energy transition? Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and power sector and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for an experienced Distribution Electrician for Jokkmokk who wants to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is it you? As an experienced Distribution Electrician you will work in our large service contracts with maintenance, service and fault correction of overhead and underground cable networks within different voltage levels, 0.4-40kv. Together with our technicians, you will be supervised by our maintenance managers. Much of the work takes place outdoors and work at high altitudes occurs.

In addition to the technical work, these are also some of your main tasks

- Document, self-monitoring of work performed and informing about the progress of the work

- Contribute to safe work in the field for you and your colleagues

- Responsibility for and lead borrowed staff and subcontractors

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Distribution Electrician. Service work requires daily travel within the immediate geography, longer trips may occur. Emergency preparedness may also be included.

Requirements specification

As an experienced Distribution Electrician with us, you are the company's most important asset for the work performed in the field. We are therefore looking for you who are committed and who are always there for your colleagues and are good at working together. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers and you always act in a businesslike manner in your work.

Independence and communication are a big part of the work and are an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility, can plan but at the same time are flexible and have a great commitment to your assignments. You would never let profitability go before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we see that you already have

• Work experience as a distribution electrician
• A completed upper secondary education or higher, in electricity or electric power
• Experience from the construction industry is meritorious
• Computer skills (Office package)
• B-driving license as travel in the service occurs
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious
