The department to which you will belong works to create the best possible conditions for maintaining an efficient and sustainable quality in the planning and implementation of facility investments in the regional network and the local network. The department supports the unit with specialists in:

  • Program and project management
  • Risk and uncertainty management
  • Information security
  • Unit-wide administration
  • Time and resource planning
  • System usage

About the role

Our department currently consists of eight employees, but plans to grow during the year. We are represented at our offices in Solna, Luleå and Trollhättan. The group consists entirely of experienced specialists in the respective field.

In this role, you will gather responsibility for our unit-wide administration in one place. The role includes planning, executing and following up in detail in various areas. Examples of work tasks that will be included are joint management of:

  • Introduction coordination of new employees
  • Coordination of the unit's needs for training efforts that are unique to the unit
  • Governing documents and guidelines
  • Communication
  • Information management
  • Together with our information security specialist, manage permissions to systems and information surfaces

The assignment includes developing, following up and managing the above-mentioned areas. This is to be able to provide adequate qualitative support for our unit. You will run your own areas as well as be the "spider in the web" for coordination and development.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you as:

  • Has extensive experience in similar administrative duties
  • Has experience in participating in business development projects and assignments
  • Is development-oriented and interested in contributing to solving issues that are stuck for various reasons
  • Has an interest in and experience with different types of systems

As a person, we see that you have an adaptable approach and action to match changing needs in different situations. You like to work together with others to achieve common goals and have the ability to connect with different groups of people. You are a proactive doer who consistently sets goals for yourself and thrives on taking on new opportunities and tough challenges.
