Job description

Do you want to work with time and resource planning at Sweden's largest network operator?

We invest and reinvest in both local and regional networks. We are now looking for a time and resource planner. As a time and resource planner, you work to support the organization in ensuring the projects' main time plans and resource plans through forecasting, follow-up and analysis.

Within the Asset Investment unit, we work with planning, pre-projecting, budgeting and implementing decided construction measures regarding construction investments and reinvestments. With us, you get a unique opportunity, with great personal responsibility, to be able to work with both smaller investment projects and multibillion-dollar construction projects. All projects have their complexity, their challenges and their stakeholders. Through our business and in collaboration with others, we, as a leading client, can also influence the industry and the development of sustainable solutions and smart infrastructure. You work in an environment characterized by a mix of backgrounds, knowledge and experience. We are open to new ideas and perspectives. We inspire each other to good performance.

You will start from one of our offices in Trollhättan, Solna or Luleå.

In the role of scheduler, you work with our projects in all stages, from early stages to planning and follow them into construction and handover to the facility owner.

You are a support for our programs and the investment projects that the programs conduct, i.e. where the actual planning and follow-up is carried out.

Your duties will include, among other things:

  • Identify the need for and carry out in-depth time analyses.
  • Work with risk identification and carry out risk analyses.
  • Visualize and communicate time and resource plans.
  • Provide decision support to management.
  • Further develop and implement working methods.
  • Coordinates reconciliation of master schedule and resource forecasts.

You belong to our project office and collaborate mainly with our program managers and project managers.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you as:

  • Has several years of experience in time and resource planning or production planning within large and complex projects in electricity networks, electricity production, railways, roads, facilities or building construction.
  • Has a great interest in IT and good knowledge of Excel and other Office packages

It is meritorious if you

  • Have worked with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • Has good knowledge in calculation.
  • Have worked in SAP

As a person, we are looking for you who is persistent and is not afraid of difficult challenges. You like to collaborate with others to achieve common goals, and have the ability to connect with different groups of people. In addition to this, we are looking for you who naturally contribute to a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its goals.
