We now want to make fossil-free living possible within a generation and we are driving the transition to a sustainable energy system.

About the role

Do you want to work with time and resource planning at Sweden's largest network operator?

We invest and reinvest in both local and regional networks. We are now looking for a time and resource planner. As a time and resource planner, you work to support the organization in ensuring the projects' main schedules and resource plans through forecasting, follow-up and analysis.

Within the Asset Investment unit, we work with planning, pre-planning, budgeting and implementing decided plant measures regarding plant investments and reinvestments. With us, you will have a unique opportunity, with great personal responsibility, to be able to work with both smaller investment projects and multi-billion-dollar buildings. All projects have their complexity, their challenges and their stakeholders. Through our business and in collaboration with others, we can, as a leading client, also influence the industry and the development of sustainable solutions and smart infrastructure. You will work in an environment characterized by a mix of backgrounds, skills and experiences. We are open to new ideas and perspectives. We inspire each other to perform well.

You will be based in one of our offices in Trollhättan, Solna or Luleå.

As a scheduler, you will work with our projects at all stages, from early stages to design, and follow them into construction and handover to the facility owner.

You will provide support to our programs and the investment projects that the programs run, i.e. where the actual planning and follow-up is carried out.

Your tasks will include, among others

  • Identifying the need for and conducting in-depth time analyses.
  • Work with risk identification and conduct risk analysis.
  • visualizing and communicating time and resource plans
  • Provide decision support to management.
  • Further develop and implement working methods.
  • Coordinate reconciliation of master schedule and resource forecasts.

You belong to our project office and collaborate mainly with our program managers and project managers.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who:

  • Have several years of experience in time and resource planning or production planning in large and complex projects in electricity grids, electricity production, railways, roads, civil engineering or building construction.
  • Have a keen interest in IT and good knowledge of Excel and other Office packages

It is an advantage if you

  • Have worked with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
  • Have good knowledge of costing.
  • Have worked in SAP

As a person, we are looking for you who are persistent and are not afraid of difficult challenges. You like to collaborate with others to achieve common goals, and have the ability to connect with different groups of people. In addition, we are looking for someone who naturally contributes to a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its goals.
