About the role


We are now looking for two Facility Management Supervisors within Soft Services for the North and Central regions. Real Estate and Facility Management is a Shared Service organization responsible for Vattenfall Nordic's leased and owned office properties, as well as all services needed for the properties and office environments to function well. This means responsibility for leases, external and internal service and maintenance of the properties, as well as office services covering security, access, cleaning, office supplies, coffee and fruit, mail handling, document archives, switchboard, furniture and interior design.

As Facility Management Supervisor for Soft Services, you are responsible for the daily property and service operations in operational services and cleaning of our facilities and offices through active leadership. You drive improvements for all establishments for assigned properties and are responsible for the operation and follow-up of OPI / KPI and operating budget.

You work operationally with our suppliers and your duties include:

  • Management and follow-up of the business with the help of suppliers for facility management including case management and operational meetings.
  • Action of deficiencies in delivery.
  • Participate in and propose and evaluate operational improvements.
  • Work for consensus between suppliers and our organization.
  • Active work with well-being within the organization and in the relationship with our suppliers.
  • Responsible for the creation and follow-up of operating budgets for cleaning and operational services.
  • Invoice and case management in IT systems.
  • Coordination responsibility at our offices in Luleå and Umeå alt. We are looking for you who have:

    • Relevant education in Facility Management or equivalent experience in the delivery of Facility Management services.
    • Several years of experience in a similar role in the operation of and service delivery to commercial properties.
    • IT and system experience with practical experience of MS Office, invoice management systems and case management systems in facility management or similar activities.
    • Knowledge of work environment legislation and experience of working with preventive measures for a safe work environment.
    • Experience in management, control and follow-up of suppliers of cleaning, office services and property maintenance.
    • Driving license class B.
    • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

    It is meritorious if you also have:

    • Training in and practical experience of working with the cleaning standard INSTA800.
    • Practical experience of working with continuous improvement of office and business support services in large workplaces.
    • Experience in the delivery of business support services in the manufacturing or process industry.
    • Experience as a coordinator of work environment.
    • Experience as a safety representative.
    • Experience in purchasing services.
    • Education and practical experience as a project or assignment manager.
    • Experience in a supervisory role.
    • Experience in operational practical work in cleaning, customer service or hospitality.

    We are looking for you who, with the help of IT and suppliers and with a proactive approach, can deliver office services so that a good and safe working environment can be guaranteed for our employees in northern and central Sweden over time. You have relevant training and experience in the delivery of office services at such a level that, in addition to managing our current service delivery, you can also contribute to the development of these services.

    Being able to establish good personal and effective working relationships with our suppliers and colleagues is extremely important in order to be able to manage service delivery in such a large geographical area. You will be responsible for some health and safety issues, running operational meetings with our suppliers and holding house meetings with our tenants. You must therefore be service-oriented and good at communication and administration.
