In September 2024, we will start a uniquely designed program for those who want to develop in the role of Project/Maintenance Manager. During two semesters, you undergo a company-tailored program, where work is interspersed with education, to give you the right conditions in your new role within Vattenfall Services. We offer you development in areas such as Leadership, Finance and Purchasing, Project Methodology, Negotiation, Construction Law and Employment Law.
What does a Project Manager/Maintenance Manager do with us?
The role of Project/Maintenance Manager involves independent work with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Your overall responsibility is to ensure good planning in the projects/maintenance work and to ensure that the technicians can carry out their work efficiently, safely and with quality. You handle the administration and finances - but of course you are also out in the field.
Vattenfall Services itself does not own any distribution networks or network stations, but all projects are carried out on behalf of the customer and at our customers' facilities. Our customers are in energy companies, network companies, industries, infrastructure companies, property companies and contracting companies.
