About the job
We are now looking for a group manager for the chemical technology group within the chemical unit at Ringhals. The group has a strategic responsibility for chemical control and works closely with the operational chemistry activities to ensure optimal chemical status in our plants.
As group manager, you lead a team with high competence and long experience. You will be responsible for driving the strategic work towards the business goals, supporting the employees in setting priorities and contributing with insights on risks, opportunities and success factors in the unit's management team. You will also actively work on employee development in line with the needs of the business.
You will be part of a small management team and work closely with other team leaders and employees in production, operations engineering, systems, protection and maintenance. The role will give you good insight into operational business and the opportunity to influence both technology and people.
Requirements specification
Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience of leading and managing work - formally or informally. You don't need to have a background in chemistry, but you will have technical understanding and the ability to ask the right questions to gain insight into the business. Experience from nuclear power, related activities within Ringhals and/or chemical activities is meritorious.
You have a post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
