We are now looking for our next Group Manager for Substation Automation North.

The role of Group Manager

We are looking for you who can lead the group with close and committed leadership. You must be able to lead the employees in the daily operational work and at the same time lead the development in the longer term. You need to have a good understanding of process-oriented working methods and improvement work.

The group is responsible, among other things, for:

  • Investigations and disturbance analyzes in case of operational disturbances.
  • To draw up selective plans.
  • As a plant owner, produce gap analyzes and action proposals within control equipment.
  • To participate in investment projects as plant owner and claimant.

About you

For this position, we are looking for a confident manager with previous leadership experience, and to succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Relevant technical academic education.
  • Understanding of process-oriented working methods, improvement work and change management.
  • The drive to build long-term plans with the participation of employees.
  • Ability to develop new roles and support functions.

To thrive in the role, it is important that you have a genuine interest in business development and to work operationally managing our facilities

You are confident in your self-leadership and in your leadership of others. The position largely involves collaborating with mainly internal colleagues, but also external parties, which is why we like to see that you have a good ability to create and develop good relationships
