Forsmarks Kraftgrupp is looking for two group managers in electrical maintenance!
The energy industry is facing major changes with an increased demand for electricity in Sweden and globally, which makes Forsmarks Kraftgrupp an important electricity supplier for a long time to come. It also means that we are a secure employer that offers both career and development opportunities.
Our unit is responsible for electrical maintenance at Forsmark's nuclear power plant and consists of four groups; Operational, Electrical Machinery, Development and Electrical Installation Group. Each group consists of about 13 employees with a breadth of skills, experience and education.
For the Electrical Machinery and Electrical Plant groups, we are now looking for group managers who are interested in continuing to build and develop effective teams. As a Group Manager, you are every day an important cog for Forsmark's electricity production where learning and technology go hand in hand.

The Electrical Machines group is responsible for strategic and operational maintenance, for example, electric motors, diesel generators, main generators, valve actuators and transformers.Power Plant group is responsible for strategic and operational maintenance, for example relay protection, circuit breakers, switchgear and power electronics.
The work involves creating maintenance plans, developing maintenance instructions, planning audits and maintenance campaigns. The technical and work areas are broad and we appreciate the opportunity to learn from each other and work together for safe electricity production.
Here are examples of duties and responsibilities as Group Manager:
You report to the Head of Unit and are part of the management team for Electrical Maintenance. You will also be the representative of the team and, when you feel comfortable, of the unit in various forums and projects. The work in our management team is characterized by openness and security, we work together to achieve set goals together.

Buses to and from Forsmark are adapted to the working hours of daytime staff. We also offer work buses with wireless network on the Gävle-Forsmark and Uppsala-Forsmark routes, which gives you the opportunity to use the travel time as working time if/when work allows.
