About the role

Do you want to work for fossil-free energy as an HR Business Partner? Then we have two exciting jobs for you as we are looking for new HR Business Partners for Vattenfall Generation. One HRBP for the Power Solutions Business Unit and one for the Business Area Generation staffs.

As an HR Business Partner within BA Generation, you will bring HR expertise through a coaching and challenging approach, driving HR processes and supporting the business throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with other HR colleagues and your experience as a Business Partner and deep HR knowledge is crucial to succeed in the role. You will proactively engage with managers and other stakeholders to deliver value-adding HR to the business.

Your duties and responsibilities

As an HR Business partner, you will get to know the business well and have a good understanding of its needs. You have the ability to translate business requirements and objectives into clear HR deliverables. Your role is to be a trusted partner to the business by contributing to the development and implementation of business strategy through our HR strategic plan.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing various HR related issues with managers within the organizations, departments or staff functions for which you are responsible
  • Analyzing, driving and managing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, health and safety, performance management, succession planning, pay and reward, organizational and cultural development, etc.
  • Drive the work to achieve business goals in the HR area Contribute to a common way of working across company structures and within the Vattenfall Group at large
  • Drive initiatives for a positive experience across the employee lifecycle and ensure a culture focused on performance, self-leadership and inclusion
  • Work with managers to manage relationships with trade unions and ensure legal compliance in collaboration with Vattenfall's Industrial Relations team.

Requirements

We are looking for an established and results-oriented HR Business Partner with strong strategic understanding that can be translated into tactical and operational skills. You are a strong advocate for collaboration, value-adding HR work and cultural development within the company. You have the ability to balance a coaching approach with practical support if the situation requires it.

Furthermore, you are:

  • Results-oriented and proactively drive our HR processes with a business perspective
  • Experienced in driving organizational development and structural change
  • A clear communicator - transparent, honest and diplomatic
  • Prone to change and have the ability to handle uncertainty with a solution-oriented approach
  • Brave and have integrity in demanding situations.

Your qualifications

  • Good experience in the HR field as an HR Business Partner with a focus on strategic, tactical and operational work, preferably from large and complex organizations
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field
  • Experience in organizational development, preferably in matrix organizations
  • Experience in developing a learning organization through systematic competence and resource planning
  • Experience in collaboration and negotiations with staff organizations
  • Speaks and writes both Swedish and English fluently.
