About the job
The HR coordination unit consists of Training coordinators and HR coordinators. The group is responsible for supporting managers, HR Business Partners and Skills Developers in the HR processes. The work consists of coordination and administration of various tasks and initiatives, as well as collaboration within Ringhals, our sister unit Forsmark and the Vattenfall Group. Working with process development and improvements is an important part of the work and also being part of our journey towards becoming more data-driven in our analyzes and working methods.
You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team where you are expected to contribute to the group with both competence and joy! The role of HR Coordinator will give you a good overview of the HR area and an opportunity to develop.

Your personal qualities
We are looking for you who have a great interest, commitment and knowledge in the HR area. The work places great demands on independence, unpretentiousness and that you have your own inner drive. You need to have the ability to structure and compile information in a clear way, and we would like to see that you have an eye for efficiency improvements and are good at analysis. Furthermore, you have an ability to build relationships and have well-developed collaboration skills. The collaboration and relationship building is extensive with both managers, HR Business Partners, Competence Developers, internally in the group and within the Vattenfall Group.
