About us

Now we are looking for an Instructor for the access and surveillance support group at Ringhals. The Access and Surveillance Support group is responsible for the physical protection at Ringhals and has the task of supporting the two groups Operational Surveillance and Access, which are responsible for mapping / investigation work and development of working methods and activities.

We are now looking for an Instructor - a key person who will support our training activities and help to raise the level of competence in physical protection.

About the role

You will be an important part of our surveillance unit and work closely with our new Training and Exercise Coordinator, as well as support the newly started group Service surveillance. The role involves both planning and conducting training, as well as active participation in exercises and interaction with other groups.

Example of tasks:

  • Plan and deliver internal trainings
  • Support the Training Coordinator in planning, implementation and development of training and exercises
  • Participate in exercises and provide expertise on what needs to be trained
  • Coordinate training activities and follow up on supplier contracts
  • Contribute to the development of working methods in surveillance and physical security security
  • Develop and administer training

You will work both administratively and practically

About you

You are a person who likes to be organized, are confident in your role and have a pedagogical approach. You enjoy contributing to development and see opportunities in shaping a new role with great potential. You are sociable and motivated by results through cooperation and collaboration. You take responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to plan and structure your work.

We are looking for you who have experience in surveillance or security work - preferably with a background from e.g. military, police or other similar activities.

We believe that you have:

  • Gymnasium or post-secondary education in a relevant field. You can also acquire equivalent knowledge through work experience
  • Experience working with education
  • Experience in vehicle search, paging or weapons handling is meritorious
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
  • Good communication skills and easy to establish contact
  • Very good administrative skills
