We are now looking for a dedicated dam safety investigator to Jokkmokk, Luleå, Umeå, Sundsvall or Östersund!

Vattenfall Vattenkraft is now recruiting a feasibility study leader who will focus on investigations and feasibility studies related to dams and dam safety.
As a feasibility study leader, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing facts and then recommending appropriate measures. Our recommended measures provide the basis for future investment needs linked to our dam facilities. The scope of the feasibility study assignments is wide and can include both damming and draining functions and the level of detail varies. For example, feasibility studies may include:
You will work with feasibility studies linked to Vattenfall Hydropower's investment program for dams and dam safety. In the work, you have close contact with several stakeholders within our company and other parts of the Vattenfall Group and, if necessary, also external actors, consultants and authorities.
As a feasibility study leader, you are a cohesive force to effectively implement and present feasibility studies. The work is varied and you will need to use both your management experience and your high level of specialist knowledge. You will be able to travel in your role and be exposed to magnificent sites and knowledgeable colleagues across the country.
Together with your colleagues, you will also work on the sustainable development of our dam safety work. Come and work with us!
Requirements specification
You are a civil engineer in, for example, civil engineering. Training in the energy companies' guidelines for dam safety, RIDAS, is a requirement.
You have many years of experience working with dam safety, feasibility studies and investigations including two or more of the following areas:
You work with safety first and see possible and sustainable solutions from different points of view. You are very good at gathering information, evaluating, prioritizing and presenting different options. Your way of working promotes collaboration towards clear goals.
You speak and write excellent Swedish and English. Travel in the service occurs, driving license (B) is a requirement.
