About the role

We are looking for you who have experience in IT operations and support and feel confident in your professional role. You have previously worked with troubleshooting clients and also have experience in client development.

To succeed in this role, you need to have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Daily operation and troubleshooting of Windows 11 clients
• Configuration and working with Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Responsibility for preparation and deployment of security patches
• Updates related to client security
• Knowledge of Defender/Trellix (antivirus)
• Active participation in projects related to client
• SCCMinfrastructure and client management
• PowerShell scripting experience (intermediate level requirement)
• Understanding of Office suite features
• Experience with Evergreen/LCM (Lifecycle Management) (merit)
• Troubleshooting client issues through log analysis
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• You should also be fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
