Digitalization is extensive and the requirements for managing data and information efficiently, faster, flexibly and more accurately are an important enabler going forward.

You will be part of the architecture function at Vattenfall Electricity Distribution and focus on data and information management. As part of the team, you will support business development, both in development projects and in the line.

The Architecture department consists of about 20 employees and consultants, whose task is to guide, support and manage the design of the company's architecture with a focus on data/information, IT and Operational Technology (OT).

As a Junior Business Architect with us, you will have a central role in the work with information and data quality issues. The work involves close collaboration with the business and you will have many interfaces both externally and internally, including to our security function and group-wide IT.

We are in a transition towards a domain-driven and business-oriented architecture work and you will, together with other architects in the team, be involved in shaping and establishing new working methods and methods in close collaboration with both business and IT.

Examples of tasks/responsibilities:

• Support development initiatives by conducting analyses and creating structured descriptions of the business from various perspectives, such as capabilities, information and IT systems
• Contribute and support development initiatives in information management
• Work with concept modeling and manage and update concept lists
• Contribute to workshops as modeling support and quality assure and update existing documentation and models.
• Manage administration around modeling tools and participate in the work of further developing common architecture methods and tools
• Develop communication and documentation materials and communicate about architecture as a tool for business development

Requirements specification

• A good analytical ability with an interest in understanding and describing complex structures and relationships
• An interest in understanding and familiarizing yourself with how different business areas work and identifying opportunities with digital technologies.

We also secure someone who has:

• Higher education, preferably with a focus on civil engineering, systems science or equivalent
• Experience in business development and analysis
• Good communication skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• Experience working with architecture frameworks such as Archimate, Zachman, TOGAF and modeling tools such as Sparx EA, ARIS, VISIO are meritorious
