In your role as project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you are curious and want to find solutions to problems. You support the maintenance and project managers throughout the project from start-up to completion and have the ability to structure your own way of working.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Ongoing financial management in the projects
• Invoice and document management
• Create and maintain routines

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are energetic and who thrive on working with others in a responsible role. As there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different tasks at the same time. Some of the tasks are performed against fixed deadlines and you need to be able to plan and structure your work to meet these and thus promote the organization's goals.

In addition to this, we see that:

• You have at least a completed 3-year upper secondary education
• Basic financial literacy
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• You are a proficient computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information

Meriting if you have:

• Experience in financial and/or administrative work, where you have handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing, contracts and general project administration.
• Experience from the construction industry and used to working in case management systems and financial systems, such as SAP.
