About the role

Business area Lighting is Sweden's largest lighting contractor. We deliver energy-efficient complete solutions to customers such as authorities, municipalities and construction companies in the infrastructure sector.

Preparation and Project Planning Services is a newly started department within the business area, and we are now looking for a driven person who wants to be involved in developing our business! You will be part of a close-knit team working on both internal lighting projects and providing lighting services to our external clients on a national level.

Your role as a Project Manager

In this position, as a Project Manager, you will lead and work with the team in the design and creation phase of lighting solutions within existing and new developments.

The projects you work on include RAM and O&M contracts, as well as projects that we win through tenders where you will follow the project until it is a fully functional lighting. You will be involved in the entire process from tender calculation to the execution of contracts. Part of the role is also sales, relationship building and coaching.

You drive business and finances forward while creating the conditions for a structured and qualitative project implementation. In the role, you work independently and where you use current standards, AMA and Bygg 90.

Examples of your responsibilities and tasks:

• Contact and coordination with customers, clients and colleagues
• Lead and distribute the work in your projects
• Responsible for project finances and contract compliance
• Financial and technical follow-up when analyzing projects
• Compile quotes and participate in tenders
• Support and guide preparers and designers
• Lead and participate in the preparation and design work of lighting projects, such as roads, parks and tunnels in public spaces. Tasks may include design, investigations, inspections, permit applications and work with drawings for electrical installations.

The role is broad and varied, where you will have the opportunity to shape the work and develop as a leader in a context where technology, lighting design and project planning are in focus.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who are outgoing and motivated by working with customers and doing business. You have a service and results-oriented approach, appreciate collaboration and see the value in sharing experiences with colleagues. You have a good sense of order, good computer skills and administrative ability. The role requires both technical and solution-oriented commitment. You have a B-driving license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We know that you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• An education as a lighting designer, electrical designer or lighting designer - or equivalent experience.
• A few years of relevant work experience as a lighting designer, lighting designer, electrical designer or preparer

We see it as a merit if you have:

• Experience of assignments/project management.
• Experience of working with project finances and the general regulations.
• Completed assignments in light and lighting technology for exterior environments.
• Training in construction law, occupational health and safety, road work and ESA.
