About the role

We are now looking for a committed and responsible maintenance engineer who wants to be involved in developing our maintenance work in a technically challenging and safety-focused environment.

As a maintenance engineer, you are responsible for planning and developing preventive maintenance in your area. You lead audits and ensure that maintenance work is done with the least possible impact on production. In the event of major breakdowns, you support the supervisor and you are also responsible for spare parts maintenance in your area of responsibility.

The main task of the maintenance department is to conduct efficient plant maintenance with safety and availability in focus. The work takes place in a risky environment where safety is always the top priority. The role requires a high degree of self-leadership - we are looking for you who are active, take initiative and want to contribute to the team's development.

The team consists of employees with different skills, from field technicians to planners and supervisors.

Your main tasks:

  • Continuously analyze maintenance activities carried out in their area and create, monitor,
  • analyze and update maintenance plans in the maintenance system
  • Lead technical root cause analysis and technical risk analysis
  • Conduct procurement and be responsible for div agreements.
  • Report the need for major maintenance interventions, modifications and prepare investment documentation
  • Lead/participate in maintenance projects - reinvestments and modifications
  • Plan, lead and coordinate audit work and 3rd party controls.
  • Update plant status report, and contribute to updating investment portfolio


Requirements specification

Requirements.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in maintenance, mechanics or energy.
  • Experience in practical work with maintenance and maintenance planning in the process or manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of various maintenance systems.

Certificates and driving license

  • B-driving license
  • Hot work
  • Basic P/U
  • ESA

Additional requirements.

  • Competence in combustion engineering processes with flue gas condensation
  • Experience with SAP PM

Language skills

  • Swedish - very good level
  • English - good level
