About the role

Do you want to be involved in building something new - while contributing to safety and service in a socially important business?

Now you have the opportunity to do so with us at Ringhals. We are working together for a fossil-free future. To achieve our goal, we need committed employees who want to work at one of Sweden's largest electricity producers and at the same time contribute to a better climate on our planet.

Ringhals is now looking for a Group Manager for service monitoring!

About us

The group is part of the Plant Protection and Surveillance unit, which works to protect the plant against unauthorized intrusion, sabotage or other such influences that may cause a radiological accident or unauthorized handling of nuclear material or nuclear waste. The unit has a large operational activity and cooperates closely with the entire organization and external authorities. The unit is in a development phase and a number of initiatives are underway to better adapt its operations to the current situation. The unit's mission is to maintain physical protection and create security.

About the job

As a team leader, you will step into a newly formed group where you will have a central role in building a well-functioning and prosperous team. The group consists of about six own employees and a number of hired employees, which places demands on your ability to create cohesion, clarity and common working methods.

An important part of the assignment is to implement our new agreement with the surveillance supplier. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery takes place according to the agreement, establishing routines and building a functioning collaboration with the supplier. This means that you follow up on quality, drive improvements and act when something does not work - always with the needs of the business in focus.

You are part of the unit's management team and work closely with other managers and functions. The role is both strategic and operational - you are where the action is, while driving development and improvements.

Requirements specification

About you

We are looking for you who have experience of managing an operational business, preferably from service professions such as cleaning, logistics, shop or similar. You do not need to have had staff responsibility before, but you have a management background and are used to taking responsibility, planning and following up the results of the business.

You have:

  • Experience of working with suppliers and agreements
  • Experience of working in environments with a high pace and large flows
  • A service-oriented attitude and understand the importance of safety and treatment

We would like you to have experience from businesses where the staff work operationally. If you have a background in surveillance, it is an advantage, but not a requirement - we believe that you with experience from other service professions can contribute with valuable perspectives.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as English at a level that allows you to communicate with suppliers and colleagues.
