As a Mechanical/Electrical Power Technician, you will have the opportunity to specialize in high voltage circuit breakers. You will work in a dedicated team in our workshop environment where you renovate, leakage test and test circuit breakers within the voltage levels 40-400 kV.

In the long term, the role may also involve work in the field, where you assemble newly renovated circuit breakers and dismantle those that need maintenance. You always work closely with project managers and get a supervisor who introduces you to routines and processes.

Travel may occur between our workshops in Stenkullen and Trollhättan with the majority of working hours in Stenkullen.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and mechanics and who have in-depth knowledge of mechanical repairs or the desire and the right attitude to develop in that area. You are meticulous, responsible and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are committed and always there for your colleagues. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers and you always act in a businesslike manner in your work.

Independence is a big part of the work and is an important part of being able to move the work forward. Orderliness is a natural part of your everyday life and you would never let profitability go before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed secondary or post-secondary education in mechanics, electrical power, or other relevant field.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Good problem solving skills and technical understanding
• B-driving license as travel occurs in the service
• Good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing
• Good computer skills
