About the role

Now we are looking for a new colleague for the group Process Design which is part of the Plant Design unit at Ringhals' technology department.
Who are we?
The group's mission is to ensure that the nuclear power plant and its process systems are designed so that the function and requirements are maintained. Within our plant modifications, we work as plant or system design managers and with the implementation of test operation and technical risk analysis. Business development, management of design conditions for mechanical equipment and support to the business in technical issues are also part of the group's tasks.
Your responsibilities
As a Process Design Engineer, you will work with a good team with broad expertise who like challenges related to ensuring and developing Ringhals' plant and processes. You will:
You are given great confidence to act with freedom and responsibility in your daily work. You will work closely with colleagues within the group as well as in various projects and thus gain a large network of contacts around the organization. Collaboration is a key word and mentorship is awarded to those who are new in order to eventually be able to take on more leading roles on their own in different types of assignments.
Requirement specification
The role involves many contact surfaces and we therefore believe that you thrive best in a work environment where collaboration and teamwork are a natural part of the work and where you are happy to include knowledge and experience from the group in your work. Furthermore, you are good at conveying messages in a simple way, both orally and in writing.
You are responsible and used to structure your work. Your ability to identify and investigate technical solutions, while maintaining a holistic view, will help you to make progress in the complex issues the group faces. Being creative, responsive and flexible to deal with rapid change also helps in the role.
