About the role

Do you want to help shape the energy solutions of the future? We are looking for a committed and business-driven Product Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for developing scalable customer offers linked to the physical electricity market.

As Product Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the product works in its entirety, which means understanding customer needs and translating them into scalable solutions. Everything from training materials and contract texts to the invoicing and follow-up process etc. You ensure that the products are attractive, profitable and comply with current regulations and market practices.

You have a key role in integrating the products into our operational processes linked to forecasting, procurement and bidding in the physical electricity market. You will also be the requirement setter towards our digital services and IT systems and ensure that they support the business in the best way.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own and develop customer offerings linked to the physical electricity market.
  • Ensure that the products are integrated into our operational processes.
  • Ensure that the products are commercially viable and regulatory compliant.
  • Be a requirement setter for digital solutions from a product owner perspective.
  • Collaborate closely with the Forecasting, Procurement and Bidding department.
  • Work closely with Business Sales to ensure customer value and business results.

Requirement specification

  • Civil engineering or equivalent university degree.
  • Competence in the functioning of the electricity market and its different actors, especially the physical electricity market for Intraday and Dayahead.
  • Work experience as a product owner and collaboration with sales organizations is meritorious.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

As a person, you are a team player with good communication skills and the ability to build relationships. You are open-minded, solution-oriented and have high integrity. It is also important that you have a structured way of working and strong analytical skills.
