About the role

We are now looking for a Product Owner for EnergySIte Plus

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in leading the development of Vattenfall's digital B2B application for medium and large business customers. Your mission is to ensure business value, customer value and that the product is developed according to vision and roadmap.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Own and further develop product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with business, development team and other product owners.
  • Prioritize and refine backlog based on business needs, customer insights and strategic guidelines.
  • Form the link between business and IT, and ensure clear communication around requirements and priorities.
  • Represent the product internally and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Use data and customer insights to improve functionality and business value.
  • Coordinate development across multiple digital applications together with other product owners.
  • Visualize customer journeys and development areas using tools such as Mural.
  • Build and maintain a network of users and decision makers to ensure relevance in development.


Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

  • Experience as a product owner, preferably in digital services in complex organizations.
  • Good understanding of agile methods and used to working in scrum teams.
  • Ability to formulate a clear product vision and translate business goals into concrete activities.
  • Experience with roadmaps, customer journeys, insight work and requirements management.
  • Experience using visualization tools such as Mural.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Interest in sales, marketing and digital customer journeys, as well as the ability to identify improvements based on data and customer behavior.

You have good collaboration skills, build relationships and create trust. With a strategic approach, you combine business goals and customer needs to create long-term value.
