About the role
Svafo is in a phase of change that involves the construction of new nuclear facilities and the development of new processes and methods.
This phase means that we see a need to strengthen our organization with a person who is responsible for the company's future production challenges.
We offer you an exciting and responsible job as a production manager in operations at Svafo. You will be part of a team of approximately 13 people who work with safety documentation, development, management, operation and maintenance of Svafo's facilities at the Studsvik site. The group consists of a wide range of colleagues such as engineers, supervisors and technicians.
Svafo's task is to take care of nuclear waste and facilities from the early Swedish nuclear research in a safe and environmentally responsible way.
Tasks
We are looking for you to lead, drive and develop processes to enable a production flow in the facilities Svafo develops and / or builds, but also contribute with production knowledge to how Svafo's operational units are dimensioned in terms of competence and resources for the activities in the facilities.

Requirements specification
To succeed and thrive in the role, we are looking for you who are passionate about applied development and problem solving. We see that you have good technical knowledge of both machines, processes and preferably knowledge of the waste to be disposed of. It is an advantage to have experience from the treatment of radioactive waste, but the most important thing is a willingness and commitment to drive technology development and people forward. The role combines deep technical knowledge with close collaboration and communication.
Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement.
