We are now recruiting more production technicians for Älvkarleby!
As a production technician, you will participate in all production / operational technical work at the hydropower plants Näs, Söderfors and Älvkarleby in Dalälven.
You will, for example, work with analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, rounds, ongoing maintenance and improvement projects. In the future, you may also have a role as Bas-U (construction work environment coordinator) in connection with shutdowns and projects. The position is full-time and after introduction you will be included in our readiness according to a rolling schedule.
Your background
You have a technical education from high school or vocational college, for example in electricity, automation or energy, as well as experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting. It is meritorious if you have experience of electrical engineering work at hydropower plants (generators, turbines, intake and discharge hatches) or similar industrial activities. Previous experience in planning and coordination responsibilities may also be a plus.
We are looking for a versatile and responsible team player. You enjoy finding solutions and sharing ideas with colleagues. You value collaboration, but are also prepared to work alone. Safety in the workplace is number one, you need to be an attentive and confident colleague. You take great responsibility for ensuring that work is done effectively in safe conditions with ongoing risk observations. The work requires a driving license (B), good IT experience and good knowledge of Swedish and English.
