Job description

Your main task is to support the business area Pipelines South North with project follow-up, financial planning and reporting. During the year, you are the coordinator for budget work and forecast reviews. In this role, you will work closely with the business area manager, heads of department, project managers, project support and the unit controller. The business area Wiring South North works with, among other things:

• Planned and remedial maintenance and fault rectification of electrical installations and/or the 0.4-24 kV electricity network, everything from planning to execution in the field
• Grid connections of properties, rebuilding of electrical installations and/or the electricity network, everything from preparation to execution in the field

As a project controller with us, you have a great responsibility for your business's results and development, are the business area manager's right hand and a member of the business area's management team. You otherwise report to the Head of Controlling where you have an exchange of experience with other controllers in the company.

Your responsibilities:

• Work continuously with project monitoring, reporting and financial issues within the business area and support the business area manager in the company's financial issues
• Work with forecasts, budgets, financial statements and analysis of the business and be the unit controller's extended arm in the business regarding financial management and control
• Participate in project reconciliations
• Contribute to creating order and order at the start of the project, follow-up and closure
• Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and streamlining working methods or processes that contribute positively to the performance of the business

Requirements specification

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we believe that you are structured, educational and self-driven. You thrive on responsibility and on leading and training others. You have a strong ability to build relationships and trust in order to gain insight and transparency in your business. It is also important that you are business-minded with an understanding of how actions affect the end result.

We are looking for you who have:

• An economics education, preferably a master's degree in economics or equivalent
• Experience in controlling - where you have worked with business management through analysis, budget and forecasting work
• We see it as an advantage if you have experience in the construction industry and / or work with larger projects
• Communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing. Sometimes it is also required that you communicate in English, which you feel comfortable with
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel
• Like working in different systems - with us we use SAP and Power BI
