Your role as Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will work with maintenance and services in substations and power stations in our service agreements in station maintenance.

We are looking for you who are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, commitment and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and also generate further opportunities in cooperation with customers and suppliers. In the role of Project Manager, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out in the field. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on cooperation and communication with both internal and external actors.

Some of your main tasks:

• Responsibility for business planning and implementation of the projects through work management and coordination.
• Informing and reporting on the status of the project to the client.
• Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and manage the closing and follow-up of the finances.
• Participate in construction meetings and in negotiations with the customer.
• Active contribution to new business with new and existing customers.
• Active contribution to creating Sweden's safest workplace together.

Day trips are a natural part of working as a Project Manager.

Requirements specification

As a Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work carried out in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act professionally with good entrepreneurship and you would never let profitability come before safety. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us, but we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or other relevant field.
• Work experience of work management or project management.
• Work experience in the field of electricity or electric power or overall knowledge of electricity is an advantage.
• Experience from the construction industry is an advantage.
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience of process-driven work in case management systems.
• B driving license, as travel occurs in the service.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is an advantage.
